How to Avoid a Parenting Fumble

Sep 29, 2015 / General

Fall is here. We all know what that means: football season.  And just like players on the field fumble the football, sometimes us Dads can fumble the ball in our relationships with our kids as well.  So what do we do to avoid those fumbles as fathers? First, when you commit to doing something with your child…bike riding, a trip to the park or throwing the ball in the backyard…be sure to put it on your calendar as a very important appointment. Then keep the appointment and be on time.  Doing so will send a signal to your child that they are important! For more ways to avoid a fumble with your kids, check out my blog at MarkMerrill.com.
