CPR Basics

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) can keep a person alive until more advanced help is available. CPR doubles the likelihood of survival. 

The following information, provided by the University of Washington School of Medicine, is intended as supplemental information.  It is best to learn CPR in a class led by the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association or from another certified source.
